Robert C. Ward, III, DO, FACN

Robert C. Ward III, D.O., F.A.C.N.: Dr. Ward attended the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. He completed a Teaching Fellowship in Manual Medicine and was on the faculty before graduation.  He completed his internship at Mt. Clemens General Hospital and his neurology residency at Wayne State University.  He completed a fellowship in neuromuscular disease at Wayne State before moving to Berrien County in 1991.  Dr. Ward is an assistant clinical professor at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and teaches PA’s through Western Michigan University’s adjunct faculty program.  He is currently Past President of the American Osteopathic College of Neurology and Psychiatry and  Past President of the Berrien County Medical Society.

Peter B. Spencer, DO

Peter B. Spencer, D.O.: Dr. Spencer attended the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He did his internship and neurology residency at Garden City Hospital before moving to St. Joseph in 1993.  He did additional EMG training at University of Michigan and additional EEG training at Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Spencer has been an examiner for the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.  He has been a member of the Quality Assurance committee of Lakeland Regional Health Systerm.

Deborah Mayle, BS

Deborah started as our Practice Administrator in May 2012.  She has 28 years of experience in Practice Management. She has a BS in Business from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. She helped terrifically with moving two offices and introducing Electronic Medical Record.  As the team lead for the office she is always available to assist you.

Traci Davis, R-EEG T., R-NCS T.

Traci has worked with the practice for over 16 years.  She is the only registered technologist performing EEG's, 24 Hour EEG's, and Nerve Conduction Studies in the County.  She also performes evoked potentials including Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials, Visual Evoked Potentials and Somatosensory Evoked Potentials. 


Donna is a Registered Medical Assistant and not only works with direct patient care but helps to coordinate the scheduling of testing for the office and preauthorizations.  She also helps with patient phone calls. 


Heather is a Registered Medical Assistant and has been with us for many years. She assists the doctors in rooming patients and refilling your prescriptions.


Ray is our Medical Biller with over twenty years experience in Medical billing. He is always available to assist you in getting your claims paid by your insurance company.


Linda is our referrals and prior authorization specialist and is a Registered Medical Assistant Linda also assists in patient care in Niles and as needed. Linda has over 30 years experience in her field.


Rose is our Medical Receptionist with 17 years experience mostly in Primary Care. She will be available to schedule your next appointment.


Sarah has been with us for nearly two years and came to us from the insurance industry. She is also a medical receptionist and will be happy to take your call and set up an appointment.
